As 2024 comes to a close, I am filled with gratitude and pride for a year of incredible milestones, both personally and professionally. It’s been a year of growth, resilience, collaborations and meaningful achievements that have set the stage for an exciting 2025.

• Mentoring, Coaching and facilitating learning of students, coaches, businesses, non-profits, public servants and corporate teams from across many sectors and industries.

🌟 Personal Milestones 🌟 On a personal level, our youngest graduated from Kings University, we invested in the empty nest, a proud and joyful moment for our family! I also had the opportunity to see my eldest and his wife home from Australia to celebrate and honor the passing on of legacy.  Got to visit and get close and upfront with polar bears, experience Churchill Manitoba.  Launch our new website with special new professional photos, celebrate World Earth Day and pass the torch of CoLead to new volunteer leaders of Canada Chapter Change Management Institute – you will still see me supporting volunteers, events and professional development.

🌟 Looking Forward to 2025 🌟 The new year promises to be filled with exciting opportunities, including:

• Expanding our neuroscience-based change management programs with the Neuroscience for Change at Work Certification Register Now: Neuroscience of Change - Melnyk Consultancy
• Representing and speaking at the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA) World Congress in Brisbane, Australia.
• Launching the Vector for Change Coaching Certification, a transformative program that integrates coaching with change management for Change Practitioners.
• Continuing to build impactful partnerships and work with extraordinary people and organizations.  Register now
