Sources began circling news that JPMorgan is in talks to merge their blockchain unit Quorum with startup ConsenSys. Canada Stablecorp Inc launches the “QCAD,” a Canadian Dollar-Backed stablecoin. DeFi markets now have a record of $1 billion in value locked-in. Australia rolls out bullish plans for a $175 billion blockchain sector.
