Securing the Back Door
"Aging, in and of itself, is a quiet process,” Those first strands of gray hair are the first signs we notice that our bodies are changing. Wrinkles and age spots appear on your skin. Aging creeps in quietly, like a thief in the night.
As we grow older, it takes longer for signals to travel along our nerves, and our brains can't process information as well as they used to. This makes it harder to remember and react quickly. Our sensory organs gradually decline too: for instance, our vision declines, hearing problems, or weight gains.
What does growing older mean?
Growing older means having a wide range of experiences and going through changes – both mentally and physically. Throughout life, our body and mind adapt. Aging itself can happen subtly and subconsciously. It creeps in!
What if we became aware of these changes early? What if we could slow down these processes? Aging starts changing inside first. Our human body is made of trillions of cells. Our bodies continue to change for as long as they live.
When these kinds of changes happen in organs and tissues inside the body, they usually aren't noticeable. They creep in unseen. They damage the cells, and we notice fatigue or feel something wrong. In some people, they only become apparent under strain or in very old age. In others, this happens sooner.
What happens to your body when you age?
Your body is made up of various types of tissue. Some consist of cells that don't live long so they constantly have to be replaced – such as skin cells. Over the years, these cells are replaced at a slower pace because fewer skin cells can divide. In other organs, the cells don't divide! One example is nerve cells in the brain. Although these cells live for a long time, they may eventually die and aren’t replaced.
If cells aren’t renewed or if they die, the affected organs can no longer function as well as they did before. Many organs also lose mass (get smaller or “thin out”) over the years.
If muscles start becoming weaker, you can do exercises to strengthen them. Exercise for instance to keep your cardiovascular system (heart and blood vessels) fit and other organs healthy.
DNA in your cells. Living a healthy lifestyle. It is true diet plays a huge part in keeping the body healthy. But it is also true it is not enough. Supplementation and using activators are important. If your cells are unhealthy disease can happen quickly.
Is Your Body Aging Faster Than It Should Be?
If your walking pace slows while you're in your 40s, it may be a sign you're aging faster than is typical.
Brown sunspots most often appear on your face, hands, and arms. They’re common, especially for people over 50.
Mild memory changes go along with aging and can start as early as your 40s.
Not everyone gets stiff joints when they get older. But your chances of getting osteoarthritis go up as you age. Men tend to get symptoms after age 45, and women after 55. There’s no cure, but you can slow its progress.
Your skin makes less oil as you age. It can become dry and dull, especially if you're over 40. Wrinkles start to form. Your skin gets thinner and loses fat as you get older. Your blood vessels also get more fragile.
It’s normal to sometimes have trouble with steps. But if it happens often as you get older, it could mean you'll struggle with other daily activities. Maybe it's because you don’t exercise regularly.
How do we Prevent or Slow Down the Aging Process?
Let's address why we age. Two proven facts are causing damage. Oxidated stress and inflammation. The earlier you find out about problems, the quicker you can start to change the onset of them.
Why are these two? They have been connected to 200 or more issues of aging! So how do we slow these conditions down? Scientists discovered a breakthrough in reducing the risk factor by 40%. How! By taking this NRF2. Here is a Primetime News Report that aired in 2005.
Since this aired, Many discovered the secret to slowing down the aging process. University got involved: like Harvard, and Texas State. Institutions Like: The American Heart Association, The Institute of Aging, and countless others put their seal of approval.
Time to close the back door! Take preventative measures to issues of aging! Connecting the dots makes a huge difference. Come learn and let us thrive together! Michael D. Kiser Let's have a visit about closing the back door.
