Senior Java Developer/Architect – Limburg region (Netherlands) – Freelance 12 Months+

For an automotive manufacturing client in the Limburg region, Netherlands, I am looking for a Senior Java Developer/Architect for a multi-year engagement.

This is a hybrid opportunity offering 50% remote working.

Role:

-        You will be working as a senior java developer/architect developing applications related to ordering manufacturing parts, assembly line optimisation, logistics software.

-        You will work in a flat organisational structure with developers and architects where you will be expected to do technical advise and come up with solutions via brainstorming & discussion.

-        You will play a key role in modernising the IT landscape of the organisation.

Required:

-         5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.

-         You are experienced with Java11-17, Spring Boot, REST APIs.

-         You have good knowledge working with Kubernetes.

-         You can work in a flat hierarchical structure.

-         You can advise on architectural decisions.

-         Any experience working with React is desired but not essential.

-         Fluent in English. Dutch is desired but not essential.
