This is a short senseless story about how fate and faith for social justice brought together several individuals to help a client who is the victim of fraud by a bank. My minimal economic means managed to reveal the banks fraud model which was implanted in their technical system. This is a journey through financial crime, threats, politics, spies, the media, the authority's resistance, corruption and abuse of law which yields a frightening picture which is aimed against society and the individual.

The discourse describes how financial criminals can take advantage of deficiencies in the legal system when they inflict crime upon individual clients. Behind financial crime victims there hides real human tragedies and the shame of having been deceived. They are often met by the cynical attitude of 'they only have themselves to blame', Without legal help and support organizations, a victim of crime faces an unequal battle against giants who use their economic muscle to put forth juridical hurdles, to discredit and to threaten. Today's legal system gives financial institutions advantages depending on their credence to the authority's position of power. This immensely limits the victim's chance to make their case heard. The discourse brings up the mistreatment of victims and lack protection of their rights, which is in breach of human rights and democracy.

IT is a critical part of society's structure and financial market which is creating new opportunities. Although in the wrong hands, it can become a heavily loaded weapon for global and effective organized crime. IT-systems can be developed into 'black boxes' without regard to authority and/or clients. Should it be permitted; or is the future of IT going to be built on a fixed regulated standard system which is developed by license? Well-educated business and IT-architects pose a greater threat than individual hackers, due to their ability to develop and integrate criminal structures in society.

What standards and norms will be current in the future of IT-development? These are the questions which the discourse addresses, as well as audits, outsourcing, architecture and how IT affects social justice within the financial market, legal system and society.
