The ICMCI Future Leaders Community is pleased to launch an exciting initiative: the creation of a Practical Guide to Attracting and Engaging Young Consultants.
This guide will be a valuable resource for Member Institutes, providing best practices, innovative ideas, and actionable advice to attract, engage, and retain young professionals.
Your input is vital to the success of the initiative. We invite you to share your expertise and experiences by completing the brief survey.
Your feedback will play a key role in shaping the guide, ensuring it offers effective and relevant strategies to inspire and support young consultants.
How You Can Contribute
1. Complete this Survey: The survey covers areas such as successful practices, challenges, and innovative ideas. It will take approximately 10 minutes of your time.
2. Share Your Success Stories: If you have specific examples of initiatives or programs that have worked well, we’d love to hear about them.
Deadline for Submission
Please complete the survey by 20 December 2024 to ensure your input is included in the first draft of the guide.
