Shepherd the Dark, Inspire the Light
Dear reader, here is my newest crush: the tea rose. Bless the gardener who planted this beast near their fence. It was positively spilling over into the street.
So many petals seductively pointing to the generous sweet nectar. Just in case insects need signposting. Perfume, fashion, colour, texture, pleasure, excitement.
Always in season. Don't miss out.
In a cooler nook, it's egg sac season too. These are not to be advertised. Shh. Let the baby spiders brew in peace.
Besties: blackberries and bumblebees. And other kinds of sac, for pollen.
That bee is rich. Gazilionaire bee. The colour and shape of those sacs reminds me of fresh mango sorbet.
OK, I don't know if you hear animals, talk to trees, or whatnot. But I swear this butterfly requested to be photographed.
"Do you want a picture?"
"Please."
I'm not this gorgeous for no reason.
Wow, this is a good one. While others revel in their personal haute couture, some insects are knock-offs. Take this hoverfly.
I AM A GUCCI WASP 💎
Nope. Then again...
We fixate on a subject in pictures, but the powerful bath of imagery lies in the light itself. And the serendipitous luck and divine connection that brings things my way, as I never venture to find them.
Apparently dark energy could ever so slightly influence the movement of light in the universe.
I wanted to wish you an inspired journey of light, but perhaps you also need to carry a few tricks on how to shepherd the dark.
