Unfortunately, there are still some women facing harassment or being objectified in the workplace and with such situations, it is indeed difficult to apply some of these as when you try, it could cause more tension and fire. You don't want to be just passive about it, but if you address it, it will be very challenging. A hands tied situation especially when the other party has a lot of power in the corporate ladder.

1yBeautiful advice. IF we know the HOW to do that! Having been a woman in tech for a couple of decades I‘ve experienced all the feelings that come along with being in this male-dominated sector. To be assertive we have to develop TONS to f self confidence and courage, to know howntoanage stress we got to learn how we can manage our own triggers and emotions.
