Celebrating a great year with a win at the National Transport Awards 2023 and thanking all of our staff, past and present, on helping us to reach this achievement.
Our entry focused on demonstrating the incredible impact of investing in infrastructure and operational improvements. In 2022, we achieved a record-breaking milestone with over 4.5 million passengers traveling with us in London. This remarkable growth can be attributed to the introduction of a new pier at Barking Riverside, enhanced services, and operational developments.
We're excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what's possible in ferry transportation, and we're committed to making a positive impact on both the environment and the communities we serve.
