Do you need it to start raining money in your business?

Here are my 5 favorite tactics to increase your cash flow fast:

#1 Create a flash sale offer. Urgency always encourages folks to take action. Put a popular item or service on sale with a specific deadline 48 hours or 1 week etc. Then, send an email blast to let your customers know it’s available, and not for long. I would create a series of 3 emails to your customer list.

#2 Provide an incentive for pay-in-full orders. With your flash offer, give clients a bonus for paying in full upfront. Make it worth their while, so start with a 10-15% discount or an extra month of service free.

#3 Reach out to previous customers for a referral. If you have happy customers that would work with you again, ask for a referral. They’ll be happy to introduce you to a colleague inside their company in another department or a colleague outside the firm. They might even have a new project themselves for you.

#4 Create a Target List. Identify specific sales targets that you want to pursue. Start looking through your LinkedIn to see if you have 1st or 2nd connections to anyone at these companies. Then start sending messages and asking for introductions.

#5 Charge rush fees. Don’t be afraid to charge10-15% more to handle last-minute rush requests. And don’t forget to mark up your shipping fees.

If you start using these tactics, the revenue will start rolling in.
