So You're Successful. Now What?
There’s a strange thing that happens when you’ve achieved a certain level of success in your career.
I’ve seen it happen again and again with my most successful clients, as well as in my own journey…
It’s a point when you look back at your career, and realize you’ve achieved a lot.
You’ve worked your ass off and have been recognized with accolades, certificates, and certifications.
You’ve made a good chunk of money serving a lot of people.
Other people would look at you and tell you that you’ve achieved remarkable success. You may even notice people who look up to you and envy you for how far you’ve gotten.
You’re not surprised, because you’ve been busy getting very good at what you do and becoming the go-to person for your craft.
But, something funky happens when people gush about how amazing and successful you are.
… you don’t feel it.
In fact, it feels rather strange. Alien, even.
Like… what are they even talking about? Don’t they see that you still have so much to go? What about that book you still need to write, the TEDx stage you’re looking to speak on, the next project you’re about to spearhead?!!
It’s a weird feeling because your brain knows that you “should” be proud… but there’s a disconnect. It’s not landing in your body.
Because you still don’t feel you’re “that” successful.
Instead, you’re feeling like you’re falling short of your goals, like there’s more money to be made, more influence to be had, more people to impact, and you’re not yet at that vision of greatness that you hold in your mind’s eye.
If you were to “zoom” into what’s lurking beneath the discomfort, it would look something like…
🌟 Feeling a disconnect between your public persona and true self, and a struggle to express your authentic identity with the world.
🌟 Despite your success, you feel you could be making more impact and your influence isn’t reaching the amount of people you desire.
🌟 You’re overwhelmed by your own ambitions… there’s a lack of clarity on where to focus to achieve your goals effectively. You know that what’s gotten you here won’t get you to your next level.
🌟 Part of you feels you need to slow down to enjoy your life and spend more time with your loved ones, while the other part doesn’t feel you can “afford” it… your legacy is big and time is short.
If you’ve made it this far and see yourself in this…
You’re not alone.
This is the plight of the high-achieving, high-performing visionary.
And let me tell you, there are a lot of people going through this. I know because I coach them (and have been one of them).
It’s very common to hit a point in your career where, despite having achieved great amounts of external success, there is a disconnect between what you’ve achieved and the bigger reason why you’re doing all of this.
It can look like stuckness, a neverending frustration (which can develop into anguish or despair), and a deep yearning to feel more joy, ease, and peace while never getting there.
This can happen in cycles in many people’s lives… and unfortunately, too many people don’t know how to deal with this slump when it hits them.
You know what the craziest part of it all, is?
People think they’re alone in this. And as a result, they hide their human messiness.
I’ve had a lot of these conversations behind the scenes…
With clients and colleagues who are at the high 6, 7, and 8-figure level in their business or career… and are feeling lost in the void of their identity transition and the disconnect they’ve been feeling from their work, BUT:
They don’t think they’re allowed to feel it – after all, they’re usually the smartest people in the room. The ones who hold everyone up. The leaders who are greatly responsible for other people’s well-being and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
When there is so much on your shoulders…
When you are responsible for so many people, so many duties, and so many results…
Is it even “allowed” to feel this way, and want to make a change?
Spoiler alert: yes, it is.
It’s more than okay – it’s necessary. In case you needed a reminder today, as badass and successful as you are, you are also a human.
And, like any human, you deserve to take care of yourself. Beyond that, you must – precisely because of how much you’re here to create in this lifetime.
As I’m sure you’re familiar with by now, the whole “work harder, make more, get more recognized” cycle is a hamster wheel that doesn’t ever stop. There will always be something else to achieve… there will always be a bigger dream to reach for because that is who you are.

What matters the most is not what you accomplish in this lifetime, but how you feel about yourself and all you’ve created.
If you’re climbing mountains of success, but are feeling perpetually stressed and disconnected, then what was the point?
When you look back at all of those accolades… will you be proud of how you showed up for your life? Or will you have sacrificed irreplaceable years of joy, peace, calm, and love for the sake of more work?
It’s a somber call-out, I know, but an important one. Because some of the most impressive leaders out there are suffering from this all over the planet and we are simply not talking about it enough.
But, there is another way.
It is possible and achievable to not only be successful on paper but to feel that way as well.
To wake up every day in gratitude and energized by the day ahead. To feel that you’re deeply in service to others but also to your family, your loved ones, and yourself. To feel clear and grounded about your mission, what you’re here on this planet to create, and to take action in a way that honors your spirit.
If you’ve resonated with this message so far, chances are:
✨ You want to leave a legacy behind, so that your body of work outlives you and supports future generations
✨ You want to grow a brand and tell a story that positively impacts people
✨ You’re craving to align your personal values with your professional goals so that you can create a powerful and authentic presence that resonates deeply with your audience
✨ You want a balanced, fulfilling life by integrating your personal and professional growth, ensuring your success is sustainable and deeply rewarding
This is what I’ve been supporting people with for the past 8+ years.
People who have gone on to create huge, scary transformations in their lives including:
✨ Ali who completely changed her business model and ended up 10x’ing her rates with a booked out practice and adding $40k to her bottom line in less than 2 months
✨ Susan who quit her long-standing corporate job and, within months of leaving, is already on track for a multi-six-figure business working less than 10 hours a week
✨ Cyndi who went all in on her dream business, while successfully transitioning her previously full-time corporate role into a part-time consulting gig that paid her more for less hours
✨ Marie who doubled her business in less than a year, reduced her hours to spend more time with her young children, and is finally turning her life dream of moving to Europe into a reality this yearTam who went from struggling to “make it” in an overcrowded coaching industry, to finding her life’s true passion as an interior designer and scaling a lifestyle business that fills her soul and has made her the go-to expert in her city
Here’s what I want you to know:
Yes, it can be scary.
Yes, it requires commitment and TONS of change.
No, there’s not a one-shot strategy.
That said…
This is meaningful work.
It’s potent.
And the results are beyond quantifiable… it will change the way you walk in the world, for the rest of your life.
There is a way out of the past self and into your new identity, the one that your Soul has been knocking on the door of your heart, reminding you to awaken to.
If this is you…
I’m opening doors for a couple of very special humans to work privately with me this month.
This will be you and me, diving deep into your Universe as thinking and feeling partners, tying holistic transformation with strategic action-taking.
We will start with identity work, by looking at the core belief systems and behavioral patterns that have kept you plateaued and reprogramming them on a subconscious level.
We will then look at the structures and systems you’ve built around yourself (in both your personal and professional lives) and how specifically they need to shift to create more freedom and sustainability in your life.
Then, we look at how to get you back into alignment and integrity with yourself, and take super actions from that space – so that you can turn your desires into reality, and see tangible results unfolding in your life.
Other pieces we work through are: conflict resolution and raising standards in your relationships (both personal as well as team dynamics), raising your self-care to match your vision, and expanding your wealth mindset so you can break through financial ceilings.
… this is a holistic approach, and no part of you gets left behind – not even the ones you’re most ashamed or scared of (as they’re the ones with the most hidden treasures!).
If you’re feeling the call… let’s talk. You can apply right here, I’ll be reviewing your application personally and extending the invitation.
