SOAR should be spelled with an RE instead of an AR

I’m not saying you don’t have legitimate complaints, but your raving incoherent rant here does nothing to support your cause. Also, posting a spreadsheet without column headers makes it completely useless in a manner meant to support your claims. Regroup, compose yourself and your emotions and resubmit your case. You’re really not in a position to demand firing, withholding retirement plans etc. it sounds like you are just looking to be paid for work rendered. I’ll say it again. Compose yourself and get control of your emotions. Rewrite your desired expectations with clearly defined supporting data. Remember, we know nothing about your situation, so explain like we are children and supply data with explanations. I wish you the best of luck.
