Working Principle

This equipment is mainly composed of feed hopper,double shaft cutting system, Plc control system, discharging conveyor system and power system, etc.

4.Discharging conveyor system:It adopts independent power system, and that power system is integrally fixed on the shredder by bolts, so that the power system can be integrally drawn out.

The dual-shaft shredder independently drives the two main shafts to rotate forward and reverse through dual motors. The moving knives on the main shaft mesh with each other to form shearing, the moving knife tip and the cylindrical surface of the knife sleeve form shearing, and the torsion of the main shaft and the speed difference form tearing. So as to achieve the crushing effect. Due to the mutual engagement of the moving knives, the automatic feeding function can be achieved, and the unique knife shaft structure will not cause the shaft to wrap or jam the equipment during the production process of low speed and high torque, thus improving the production efficiency.
