A Solid Win: The Spark Kindler Index

A Solid Win: The Spark Kindler Index

A sure sign you'll be winning in these shifting times is the Spark Kindler Index.

We can get into the technical detail of this another time.

Since I was a kid, I've loved being out in nature and one of the magic moments is sitting around a warm fire.

Just before that, there's the work of building a fire and the work of a Spark Kindler, which is part science and part art, creating the conditions for the spark to thrive.

When you're watching the Spark Kindler, you'll see sometimes they need to just protect this spark from others stomping on it. Sometimes it's just a little bit of providing that shelter, just to let the spark get moving, just a little bit of shelter.

Sometimes, sometimes this spark just needs a little bit of encouragement, just a little bit of air from the Spark Kindler.

Other times, the Spark Kindler needs to be lifting a bit of burden off the spark, just lifting up some of the other kindling, to allow this spark to get ticking along.

In these moments, you really see how the spark is delicate, and how the spark has so much potential to become something much, much more. And in these moments, you really see how it's the Spark Kindler that makes all the difference.

Hmm… it's a fascinating contemplation.

In the coming week, what I suggest is just to create a bit of time in your team to ponder.

What if I was an intentional Spark Kindler?

How would that be different for me?

And how would that be different for those around us?

Consider the Spark Kindler Index.
