Some people die at 25 and aren't buried until 75, isn't it?

Dearest Darling Friends, 

Some people get addicted to chain-smoking their problems. They spend all day going from sorrow to sorrow. It doesn't have to be that way.

We can live each day going from joy to joy - like a sunflower that turns to face the sun as it moves across the sky. We can also be like a ‘touch me not’ plant, that withdraws the moment someone touches them.

It's not about having a problem-free life, but about focusing on the light.

The French word for sunflower is ‘Tournesol’, which literally translates to “turn with the sun”.

Sunflowers also have shadows, but they are always behind them because sunflowers turn with the sun.

Benjamin Franklin said, “Some people die at 25 and aren't buried until 75”. He was speaking about people who chain-smoke their problems. He was certainly NOT speaking about sunflower like people.

Two interesting facts:

1. Not only can you eat sunflower seeds, you can also use them to make medicines. See its value!!!

2. Sunflowers are more than just plants — they are art! The famous painter Vincent Van Gogh was so inspired by this amazing work of nature that he did a whole series featuring sunflowers. Yasuo Goto bought one of five original versions of the famous still life painting in 1987. It currently resides at Seiji Togo Yasuda Memorial Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo. Its current value is supposed to be around 100 million dollars. In Indian rupees, it would be about 850 crores. Only!!! Haha. It means, if you get the ‘sunflower’ right, the world will see tremendous value in you.
