Something New On Meditation-
Do you know what meditation is?
Merely sitting at any place for one or two hours or more duration is not meditation which the majority of the people consider. Meditation is something more which every one must know. Here's the real meditation which you may wonder after knowing.
Know by these new thoughts of the author shared in this book.

Secret of meditation-
You are there wherever is your mind.
If you are in temple, church, mosque etc but your mind is in home.
Then you are actually in home. Same is the vice versa.

This is not meditation-
You are sitting for meditation but your mind is wandering in other places. It is not a meditation. Meditation is when your mind is focused in your actual reality. You may get temporary benefit from this. But you can't get permanent advantage by this type of meditation. Moreover you can't get spare time for such meditation in the busy life of today.
Reply me one question. You are man or woman. Do you need any meditation to remember this? Similarly you have to know yourself, your true identity. That is the purpose of meditation. Remember that you are the Self, soul or Atma. You are not merely a body. You have to remember this truth. You have to forget your wrong identity. You have to remember your true identity. You are consciousness, Self, Chinmay or Atma. You have to remember this truth.
This can be done any time. Even if you are not sitting for meditation you can do this. During eating, walking, reading or doing any other work you can remember this truth. Hence no need of sitting for hours for doing meditation.
In family life you are having many other works. Hence it is not possible to sit for meditation for hours. Just remember this fact that you are Self, consciousness, Atma or Soul. Try to remember this every time while doing any work. Keep this in mind. Thus one day you can know that you are not merely a body, you are self, Soul or consciousness.
Meditation is done by body. But the purpose of meditation is to forget the body.
You have to remember that you are soul, Self or Atma.

How to see God?-
Following is the process for seeing God, Almighty:
First, you must have faith and firm belief on one and only one Almighty God.
Second, you get glimpse of God.
Third, you see God as per your intense desire.
Fourth, you merge with God.
This is the entire process.
There are two types of Darshan or seeing:
First Darshan, you see directly in any shape of God.
This can be done only by God with His immense blessing. But this is very rare. Every one is not entitled for this. This requires good Karma of thousands of births.
Second Darshan, you get the glimpse of God. For this also you require somewhat pure heart.
This can be done by you and others. You can yourself do it by visiting religious places, pilgrimages, fasting, meditation etc. This makes your heart pure. An impure heart can not see
Almighty God.
Other person like Guru can also show you God in this second process. He can give you glimpse of one and only one Almighty God. He can bless you with divine glimpse or grace. This can be
done by visit to the doors of Guru. Some of the Guru can give you this divine glimpse from distance also. But this is very rare.
After having divine glimpse you know the truth about one Almighty God. Then you have full faith, firm faith on Existence of God. Then you don't have doubts on God.
Then your divine journey starts. Then you can reach up to God by practice. It may take short time or long time as per the intensity of your practice.
If you do not get any divine glimpse of God, then don't be disappointed. Try to purify your heart by practicing. This practice can be done by listening devotional music, by fasting, by meditation, by increasing focus, by selfless work, by reading scripture, by Satsang and by reading my sharing about Krishna, Almighty God. Thus by purifying intellect.
What is divine glimpse?
You get some hint, some glimpse of God or Atma or soul in your mind. You don't see God in front of your eyes. But you feel presence of God in your mind, in your heart. You get some feeling about presence of Atma or God. You get some divine light. You get some thoughts from Atma or God. You get some words of your Atma ie soul or God. You here some words in silence. You get some thoughts in silence. For this you need to focus on you, your thoughts. You become thoughtless for some time. Do not see in front of you. See inside you, inside of your heart, inside of your mind and body. This is known as divine glimpse.

I am aware of all feelings of my mind!
*This mind is also a great gift of Almighty!
It is the privilege to have this human mind!
With its emotions, thoughts, talents etc!

Mind is object of my awareness!

In spite of its limitations!
In spite of its problems!
I lovingly accept this gift!

If spouse is of different nature-
Those are fortunate!
Whose spouse is of same nature!
If you are in divine path!
Spouse does not interfere!
Then you are very fortunate!
For it becomes easy path!
But for those!
Whose spouse is of different nature!
If spouse does interfere!
Then it becomes very difficult!
Even then do not worry!
Accept the challenge!
Don't leave your home!
Don't leave your goal!
Since Almighty makes every one dance!
He also makes your spouse dance!
Accept it as the grace of Almighty!
That spouse is of different nature!
Assume that!
Almighty considers you strong enough!
That you can accept this challenge!
And it is also good for you!
Spouse may be having some positives!
See the positives, not negatives!
It becomes more tough!
If spouse creates hurdles!
In your daily routine or meditation!
Consider this also grace of Almighty!
Always consider that!
Nothing can happen!

*People don't know many things due to ignorance or blind faith since ages.
*Should women do worship during their periods?
Should women do meditation during their periods.
*It is most common belief that women should not do worship during their periods.
*How can any human be prevented to worship?
How can any human be prevented for meditation?
*Almighty Himself is sitting inside men and women.
Like every man, every woman is an integral part of Almighty. She is also Jeevatma or Soul.
Then, how can she be prevented to worship or for meditation during her periods?
*Her body is Prakriti like the body of man.
But the Purush is same in men and women, both.
*Don't see body!
Always see Atma!
*Atma is same in men and women.
Then, how the rules can be different for both?
*If you see the body, you are in ignorance.
*Almighty does not see the body!
Almighty always sees the mind!
And the mind is same in men and women, both!
*Why there should be any difference?
*Main thing is mind, not the body.
If you are in temple or mosque but you are thinking of your home, then you are actually in your home!

That is the cause of!
Your sorrows or miseries!
You can't forget yourself!
So you should not forget Almighty!

Remembering is the best way-
You can worship Krishna!
By many ways!
You can offer flowers to Him!
You can visit His temple!
You can worship His photo!
You can chant His holy names!
You can do Kirtan!
You can do meditation!
You can see Krishna in everyone!
You can see Krishna in everything!
You can see Krishna in every circumstance!
You can see Krishna everywhere all times!
All these are good ways!
But remembering is the best!
By all other ways, it may take time!
But by remembering Him every time!
You can get Him without any delays!
He Himself proclaimed in Gita!
Remember Him all the times!
By doing every work for Him!
By seeing Him in every thing!
By seeing Him in every person!
Thus you can get Him very soon!
Thus you can see Him very soon!

Why foreigners are adopting Indian Spirituality and culture?
Our past Spiritual Masters have done very hard labor in this regard. Some of them didn't get much respect in India. Hence they left India. Thus they started to spread Indian Spirituality, religion and culture in the foreign countries.
Foreigners saw their advantage in following Indian Spirituality. They were already fed up with so many problems even after having so much comfort and wealth. They were not having any peace. But when they started to check Indian Spirituality, culture, tradition, Kirtan, devotional songs. They found some peace, joy and ecstasy. Hence they started to follow Indian Spirituality
and culture.
For we Indians every thing in Spirituality is available almost free of cost. But they are spending so much money in travel to India and living here. Even then they are coming here. Since they see their benefits in it.
About twenty years ago once I was in Rishikesh, I met some gentleman from Germany. I asked the reason for his visit to India. He told me, he came to India for learning meditation and Spirituality.
I asked about the expenditures in his travel and living in Rishikesh. He told me about some lakhs of rupees.
I thought that for we Indians expenditure in travel and living in Rishikesh is almost nothing. Even then we are not interested to visit in such places. Though we have got such facilities very easily and almost free of cost. But these foreigners give so much value to Indian Spirituality, religion and culture.
It is rightly said that if any thing is easily available, then we do not value it. We Indians are so much fortunate that for us Spirituality, Almighty and Indian culture are easily available. And that is the reason we don't give them the required value.
But for the foreigners it is not easily available. Hence they give it proper value.

You are always there!
You are here and now!
Where is the doubt?
Body is not always!
I exist!
Where is the doubt?
I am part of Paramatma!
Hence Paramatma exist!
When you come in body!
Problem starts!
Since then you come in world!
And world is the problem!
Since you are divine!
Don't do any thing!
Don't think anything!
You are as it is!
You are part of Paramatma!
Since you are Atma!
You are doing everything!
Meditation, worship, prayer!
By body only!
Body is cause of problems!
Hence don't do anything!
Don't think anything!
Be as you are!
Body does not exist!
Mind does not exist!
Hence thoughts don't exist!
Only you exist!
Only body has tied up you!
Only actions have tied up you!
Only thoughts have tied up you!
With wrong identity!
Which does not exist!
In deep sleep!
Body does not exist!
Only you exist!
Hence no problem!
Hence you are not the body!
Know yourself!

Secret of meditation-
You are there wherever is your mind.
If you are in temple, church, mosque etc but your mind is in home.
Then you are actually in home. Same is the vice versa.

What is Meditation?-
Meditation is not sitting at one place!
Meditation is when even if you walk!
Even if you work, even if you eat!
If you are doing meditation!
By sitting one or two hours!
It may be useful for some time only!
After that you again become the same!
As you were earlier than meditation!
Then what is the use of such meditation?
Real meditation is one!
Which changes you permanently!
And you must try for the same!
Knowing the Almighty!
It is becoming the same!
For some moments!
Then only you can know!
For this you need to be the same always!
You need to meditate always!
But you can't sit for always to meditate!
As you are in Pravratti Marg ie in home!
Hence for you the best way!
Try to remember Him always!
Without a break of even one second!
Even if you do only for three days!
You can know Him!
