Using the same production methods of StarShip, SpaceX could manufacture (11) Modules the same size as StarShip and rapidly deploy them using SuperHeavy. These (11) Modules would carry a removable SceondStage Booter, a Spoke, and under the removable Nosecone, a Connection Node. Both the SceondStages & Nosecones can be re-used for propulsion units, or as Fuel and Oxygen Tanks. (4) more tethered as Manufacturing Modules for 0g production. Startships can connect to the Hub. Fastest, cheapest way to replace ISS and finally create a VonBraun SpaceStation large enough to create artificial gravity for both Science, Hospitality, and Commercial Use. With 160m diameter which can be expanded by extending the Struts and adding more Modules,
