A speak up culture should be business as usual, not an aspiration...
Hi reader,
In our latest webinar we return to the topic of culture and what it will take to make speaking up business as usual. It’s timely given what we learned about the appalling behaviour of senior leaders in Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service . Watch the webinar on catch up to find out more from our speakers who joined us from the National Guardian's Office and Crimestoppers Trust .
I found myself at Paddington station earlier this week where I met up with Alex Chivers and London cab driver Howard to find out about Rapaid Emergency Bandages , a charity where the goal is to Stop the bleed, Save a life. It’s a great example of how charities can help the emergency services when every second counts and why RAPAID will be at The Emergency Services Show 2024.
