AI-Augmented Chest Pain Pathway: 37 Sites in International Validation

As we are advancing our International OMI AI Model Clinical Validation pipeline, enhancing and rigorously validating the PMcardio OMI AI ECG Model, which is currently undergoing extensive testing at 37 clinical sites distributed across 25 countries.

The research initiative encompasses the analysis of over 85,000 consecutive patients who presented with chest pain, underscoring our commitment to understanding the model’s applicability and accuracy in diverse clinical scenarios.

The key element of validation is the creation of the largest known database related to ECG analysis and patient outcomes in the context of chest pain, featuring data on nearly 100,000 individuals.

Our aim is to build the single largest, most comprehensive, international database of patients with ACS comprising patient ECGs, lab data, cath lab data, and outcomes.

The model’s validation across more than five subpopulations within acute coronary syndrome (ACS), including out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA), demonstrates its versatility and potential applicability in various emergency care scenarios.

Expanding Our External Validations: Uniklinik Köln, Germany

The PMcardio OMI AI Model has gained further validation from esteemed global institutions, including Uniklinik Köln. Pioneers such as Dr. Sascha Macherey-Meyer and Dr. Christoph Adler led a study showcased at Germany's largest cardiology congress, the 90th DGK Annual Meeting, demonstrating outstanding diagnostic accuracy for occlusion myocardial infarction.
