2moAgree that adding those date fields are great for generating roadmaps. My only concern is that adding those date fields does impact other features, including integration resource management features. Example: Tempo People resource planning. When you add those dates, it will add them to people's ticket list in resource planning. It's not a huge deal unless you manage resource allocation by project and not by individual tickets.
