A STEADFAST DETERMINATION.

FOUNDATION SCRIPTURE:

"As the Lord lives, and as your soul lives, I will not leave you.”

HOLY SPIRIT, HAVE YOUR WAY.

In today's foundation Scripture, we see the transfer of the mantle from Elijah to his faithful disciple, Elisha. Elijah was about to be taken up to heaven, but Elisha refused to leave his side. His determination here reflects a deep trust in God's plan and an unwavering commitment to follow through.

Elisha's steadfastness challenges us to stay committed to our calling, even when faced with obstacles. When God calls us, He equips us, never forget that. Elisha's destiny was linked to Elijah”s end, but he had to see Elijah taken up to be able to receive, work and walk his own purposeful destiny. Whatever we are going through today is part of our preparation for our great destinies. Yes….we are that important to God.

We must keep going and do all we should to represent Christ daily. No matter our circumstances or situations, the ability to do so is inborn. God called us “good” after creation. Let's take action today, and keep:trusting that God's purposes will prevail.

Elisha's journey also reminds us that God's promises endures. We might feel weary or discouraged sometimes, because of the weight of our call, but that's not the end. Learn to go to God for restoration and a fresh anointing daily. The Holy Spirit will work in us again and again, to do God's pleasure, because our God's faithfulness knows no limits!

Elisha's unwavering, faith and assurance, points to a hope beyond this world. As we face life's uncertainties, let's cling to the assurance that God is with us and He is guiding our every step.

Elisha's love for Elijah and his trust in God exemplify a heart fully surrendered. From today, let us surrender ourselves daily to God so He can fill and use us for His glory. Amen

3) Great and Mighty God, make my heart overflow daily with love, faith, and trust in You, in Jesus Christ's Mighty Name, amen.
