Definition wise, SHRM is an approach to the development and implementation of HR strategies that are integrated with business strategies and enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Every organisation has a goal to achieve in the short term and long term. Each organisation has its own organisational strategy that guides them to achieve the goal.
All management streams support organisation to achieve goal with its own individual strategies. However, all these individual strategies are integrated to the organisational strategies.
Likewise, SHRM ensures that HR activities support the achievement of business strategies on a continuous basis and add value to the organisation.
