Struggling with Anxiety? You’re Not Alone – Here’s How I’ve Managed It
Can I be real with you for a second? Anxiety is something I’ve dealt with for a long time. For years, I kept it hidden, especially while trying to lead at work and build my business. But I’ve realized that hiding it doesn’t help anyone. Not me, and definitely not the people I want to serve.
Honestly, I was ashamed of it. It sucked. Most of the videos I posted that went viral on LinkedIn? Yeah, I was probably sweating bullets before I hit record.
But here’s the thing, I realize now you don’t need or want me to be perfect. You want to know how I’ve overcome this, and how you can, too.
That’s why in my latest podcast episode of Leaders Lead, I’m opening up about my personal journey with anxiety.
Wait... Did you even know I had a podcast?
It would be super cool if you would subscribe. Even if you don't have much time to listen to it now. Subscribe now & listen later.
I’m talking about how anxiety has affected me as an entrepreneur, a public speaker, and a leader and more importantly, how I’ve learned to manage it and come out stronger.
Is that something you need help with?
In this episode, we cover:
- The physical and emotional signs of anxiety (racing heart, sweating, fear – yep, been there).
- How anxiety can quietly hold you back from reaching your goals.
- What I’ve done to push through it and reclaim my confidence.
If anxiety has ever made you feel sick, stuck or unsure of yourself, you’ll want to hear this.
And if you want to go ahead and jot down some of the resources that have helped me, here you go:
