Supervisory board
Be aware that the Supervisory Board (SB) is now moved to section 5 in Part-B2 and it also includes a new table to indicate the supervision arrangements for each DC:
SB is a mandatory decision-making body for all Horizon Europe MSCA Doctoral Networks (Standard, Industrial, Joint Doctorates). It is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the network's training and research program, ensuring that it meets the high standards of your proposal.
The SB must include representatives from all beneficiary institutions, as well as from all supervisors involved in the network. At least one doctoral candidate representative must also be included, and it is recommended that this representation be rotated among all doctoral candidates in the network.
Associated partners may also be represented on the SB, with or without voting rights. This is at the discretion of the beneficiary consortium.

When appointing members to the SB, it is important to ensure that the membership is gender-balanced. This will help to ensure that the network benefits from a diversity of perspectives and experiences.
The SB typically meets on a regular basis (indicate how often in your proposal) to discuss the progress of the network and to make decisions about its future direction. It is important for the SB to work closely with the Network Coordinator and the other members of the network's management team.
