Swiss Amalthea Group acquires 25% shares of SABO Mobile IT

The Amalthea Group owned by Oliver Roth is the holding of a number of technology companies. The brands Grossenbacher Systeme AG, Elfab and Comtac are Swiss companies with production sites in Germany and Czechia developing and producing industrial electronics.

SABO Mobile IT GmbH and Grossenbacher Systeme AG have been working together successfully in digitalisation projects in the field of industrial IT and embedded solutions since 2021. Currently, both companies are jointly developing a versatile retrofit solution for voice control in order to bring existing machines and systems up to date regarding usability and efficiency while following the machine guidelines.

Based on this background, the companies are now intensifying and institutionalising their cooperation. Thereby, the acquisition of shares in SABO Mobile IT GmbH by Oliver Roth is only an interim step: The long-term plan is to transfer further shares and finally the full integration of SABO Mobile IT into the Amalthea Group. Until then, Josef Sabo and Thomas Sykora will remain shareholders of SABO Mobile IT, remain responsible for the management and ensure the continuity of business operations for customers, employees and partners.
