I had the pleasure of working for a week at the USAfrica Retail Space at Westfield Garden State Plaza, New Jersey, earlier this month. I found myself reminiscing on the journey and thankful that this dream for the USAfrica Trade and Business Network has been actualized to what it is today, with different projects and programs helping the underserved business community access and grow in new markets.

The USAFRICA Retail Incubation Program was created as a launchpad for underserved minority businesses, predominantly Afro-Diasporans, and vendors in Africa, to launch their export-ready products into the U.S. mainstream retail space.
