Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Senior Supply Chain manager to develop a supply chain organization to the next level and support our international expansion plans. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Plant Manager will oversee production, maintenance, quality control, and workforce management, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership in building and developing teams, optimizing plant performance, and scaling operations in line with corporate objectives.
