Welcome back to our monthly newsletter. We bring you good reads from our regional blog, case studies from Aussie and Kiwi customers, and Zoho product updates.
Zoholics was a blast!
If you were there, thanks for making the trip! We hope you enjoyed learning about Zoho's apps, meeting our team, and catching up with Zoho Partners. If you missed the event this year, we'd love to have you next time. Zoholics 2025 will be in August, and we'll share details as soon as they're finalised.

Here's a full list of product updates we've made since our last newsletter.
Community meetups will be back in '25!
As part of our community initiatives, we run regular in-person workshops throughout the year. We took a little break over Zoholics, but we'll be back in the new year, starting in Christchurch on the 29th of January and finishing up in Perth on the 26th of February.
These meetups are great for meeting fellow users and exploring how Zoho can work for your business. Come say hey to the A/NZ team!

Customer spotlight: PBC Expo
The Pregnancy Babies & Children's Expo is Australia’s biggest and the world’s longest-running early parenting event. PBC Expo hosts 11 expos annually with over 2,000 exhibitors. Each event attracts about 14,000 visitors.
PBC Expo has two types of clients: exhibitors and visitors. Prospective exhibitors are called leads, and the sales process begins with capturing leads in Zoho CRM. Prospects contacting the team via the website and social media fill out a form powered by Zoho. Once submitted, Zoho Forms updates the data directly into Zoho CRM.
In the field, the sales team adds leads directly to the CRM using the mobile app, avoiding duplicate records and reducing data entry timelines. Working with Zoho Advanced Partner Ardento, Paula Wait and her team at PBC Expo have also automated repetitive tasks, created detailed reports and dashboards, and integrated both Zoho and non-Zoho apps to form a cohesive system. Learn more about how PBC Expo uses Zoho.
"We have certainly saved a lot financially after using Zoho. Moving to a more streamlined and comprehensive tool has saved us from spending on multiple vendors, which would otherwise have resulted in an exponential cost increase."
—Paula Wait , Business Systems Manager, PBC Expo
Consumer insights and perceptions in 2024
Rapidly evolving social trends have changed the way customers engage with businesses. We surveyed 401 people across Australia to understand how customer expectations and experiences have changed over the last few years. This includes insights about customer service, how perceptions change in response to external factors, and, of course, the impact of AI in the world. See the findings of our study here.
Thanks for reading our last newsletter for 2024. We hope you have a great end of the year and happy holidays. See you in '25!
