In Q3 we launched our AI Recruitment Agent. It helped startups backed by top VCs like OpenAI, Index, General Catalyst and more make hires in an automated way. We're now looking for 2-3 VC partners.

Our approach to an AI Agent-lead recruitment can be broken down into 2 pieces:
Proprietary data platform
To find the talent that’s matching sophisticated needs of VC and PE-backed companies we’ve connected data from multiple sources. It includes information like the entire content of LinkedIn, very granular information about companies (descriptions, funding, headcount, investors, funding rounds etc.), information about universities, seniority etc.
We’re also creating new, easily accessible high-signal metrics that can be easily presented to the user because we were able to connect many fragmented data sources. Examples of such metrics would be:

Our algorithm ranks candidates based on:
- Tenure length
- Number of promotions
- Quality of investors backing companies they’ve worked for
- Educational background
- Stage-related experience
