What is the definition of remote work?

Working remotely, it's evident, isn't about laying on your couch while half working and half watching TV. 2yWorking from home can sometimes be beneficial. When you have a task that is clear to you and you just need the peace of a different environment than the office, I think it's time to work from home, for sure will be more efficient. But, if you need input from other colleagues, or you need to integrate into a new team, new company, I could say that this is difficult to do remotely. It is much easier to find answers to questions that block you when your colleague is 2m away from you. It is much easier to integrate into a new team when you have time to talk over breaks personal things with your new colleagues. If you know more about your colleagues, you eill trust them more. Don't get me wrong, I'm a pro from work from anywhere, but I don't think it can be full time. I think that in order to get to work full time from home we need a complete change of mentality, change that will be done in time.
