TGIF 11/5/2021 - Edition 22
Last Sunday, Microsoft completed its annual GIVE campaign. Giving is throughout the year but annually, October is dedicated to highlighting how Microsoft employees can lean in and get involved with time, money or product with non-profits. I was fortunate enough to be one of the VPALS (Vice President Appointed Leads) for our Global Partner Solutions organization. With a great VPAL counterpart and v-team (see picture), GPS was able to hit our stretch goals for volunteering and participation and exceed the Microsoft overall target.
There were so many fun and creative events including a pet parade and auction. Not only was I able to offer a few auction experiences but I was also able to win a few myself. Was grateful that a few Microsoft executives donated experiences to be on their podcasts so look forward to a future time where I'll be one of their guests.
Here were a few of the non-profits highlighted in our specific brown bag sessions. If you'd like to learn more about any of them, shoot me a LinkedIn message.
I hope you continue to find the insights valuable and welcome feedback on topics you would like to have included so please provide your feedback in the comments or via direct LinkedIn message. Please subscribe and share with your network.
