Thankful this Thanksgiving for the opportunity to design "ICI Oasis Mixed Use" for my own community
MnKhan team is exited to announce the design completion of their 2020 project, ICI Oasis Mixed Use in Irving, TX. Nights and weekend meetings with the non profit's board members, briefing the international bank to about the US construction contracts using AIA contract documents, programming, five months of intense design to capture every detail of the luxury apartments, common areas and a long permitting and zoning process is what it took to achieve this milestone. We are thankful this Thanksgiving for winning and completing the full service design of this ground up building.
