Shortly after noticing the "check engine" light late last week, I reached out to Apple Chevy to learn more about the safety precautions they were taking for those in the market for service. As I thought would be the case, John Alfirevich and his entire team were first class from start to finish during a 100% contact-free process. This included a relatively new Valet service from Apple Chevy that allowed them to pick up our Chevy Traverse from our house contact-free, and bring it to the shop to look at. Within a few hours, after discovering that a bad gasoline fill-up was the source of the problem, Chris and Colleen on the Service Team went to work to correct the problem. Then, within 1-business day of the initial pick-up at our house, they delivered our Traverse back to us 100% contact-free, which included a thourough disinfectant spray to ensure the saftey of our Family.
