Thanksgiving Break: Road Trip Listening

Thanksgiving Break: Road Trip Listening

We're taking a holiday interlude this week as I begin my trek up to Maine today for a family Thanksgiving. We've been in the thick of things for a bit, working alongside so many brilliant industry advocates dedicated to addressing the climate crisis to find ways to stay the course. I find that these are the best times to go back to what grounds you. I hope my U.S. colleagues enjoy a restful and restorative holiday break spending time with the people who matter most.

For those of you who will be traveling and want to stack your queue with some good podcasts, here's what I have teed up as my top 5 for today's journey:

  1. The Grey Area with Sean Illing, "The antidote to climate anxiety"
  2. Wicked Problems, "Big boy rules: COP29, China, the US, and climate futures"
  3. This American Life, "The official unofficial record"
  4. The Ezra Klein Show, "In this house, we're angry when government fails"
  5. EconTalk, "Who needs miracles? On nature and the miraculous (with Alan Lightman)"
