The Thanksgiving That Will Tear The Devil's Kingdom Down!

God spoke to me about the word THANKSGIVING and said there is a key in this that will tear down your strongholds and render your enemy useless! So I began to look up the word thanksgiving in the Hebrew and found that there were many words for thanksgiving but one word in all of the words for thanksgiving was different than all the rest of them. It was found in Nehemiah 11:17 “And Mattaniah the son of Micha, the son of Zabdi, the son of Asaph, was the principal to begin the thanksgiving in prayer: and Bakbukiah the second among his brethren, and Abda the son of Shammua, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun."

HOW TO SHOOT AT YOUR ENEMY

This family line in this passage began with Asaph who was at one time the chief musician. This Mattaniah was the great, great, great, grandson of Asaph and Asaph was the Chief Musician during David’s reign and now in Nehemiah’s day. Nehemiah is trying to build the wall around Jerusalem. Now the name Asaph in Hebrew means (Gatherer or Collector). But let me get to the meaning of the word thanksgiving here in the Hebrew. Some of the meanings of this word in the Strong’s is “shoot, cast, to shoot (arrows) To throw, to cast, cast down, throw down to give thanks, laud, praise." You see these musicians knew their assignment was to by giving thanks that they would be shooting at the enemy and throwing down their foes!

IT’S YOUR HONOR TO HERALD HIS WORDS

As I saw this God began to nudge me and say, “You are my people and it is your honor to thank me for what I have already done! To proclaim what is already settled in Heaven! You are My Heralders!” To Herald means in the Google dictionary “be a sign that (something) is about to happen.” So we are to HERALD BY GIVING HIM THANKS FOR WHAT HE ALREADY HAS DIED AND PAID FOR AND TO PROCLAIM IT TO THE WORLD BY CALLING THOSE THINGS THAT BE NOT AS THOUGH THEY WERE WITH THE VOICE OF THANKSGIVING And as we do this as our privilege and honor as his people, it literally will shoot arrows at the enemy and will CAST THEM OUT OF THEIR DOMAIN!” It then becomes a sign to our enemies and to the church that SOMETHING BIG IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN!! Why? Because the enemy knows that the word of God and it’s promises to us are legal weapons in our mouth to destroy him! This is because Jesus gave us the authority to use it when he shed his blood to seal that covenant, then turned those keys back over to the church!

Psalms 149:6-9 (NKJV) says “Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand, to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment—This honor have all His saints. Praise the Lord!”

OUR THANKS, HIS REWARD

As we come before the people as Mattaniah, Asaps great, great grandson did, whose name means gatherer, offer thanksgiving before the people and HERALD THESE PROMISES before them, it will cause arrows to be shot at our enemies! It will bind these powers and principalities with chains of iron and tear down strongholds, then you will become A SIGN that something is about to happen! Something that will bring vision and hope, and joy to the people of God but fear to our enemies! Woohoo!!! This in-turn will prepare for the gatherers and harvesters to be able to bring in the harvest that our God deserves, for the suffering that He endured on the cross of Calvary!

Psalms 96:3-4 (TLB) "Publish his glorious acts throughout the earth. Tell everyone about the amazing things he does. For the Lord is great beyond description and greatly to be praised. Worship only him among the gods!"

I HEAR HIM SAYING

“LET THIS BE THE YEAR THAT YOU BEGIN WITH THE VOICE OF THANKSGIVING, TO STOP THE VOICE OF THE ENEMY! Prepare the way of the Lord of the harvest as you herald what I have already done! Then I will send laborers to gather in your lost loved ones and you will see the greatest harvest of souls the world has ever seen! THIS IS THE YEAR TO OPEN YOUR MOUTH WIDE WITH A TWO EDGED SWORD ON YOUR LIPS! YOUR THANKSGIVING WILL STOP YOUR ENEMIES AND PARALYZE YOUR FOES! It will shake kingdoms and tear down their strongholds! Your thanksgiving will cause you to enter into my gates and receive revelation to bring back to the people and it will cause your king to come in! So Lift up your heads you gates and lift up the voice of thanksgiving you everlasting doors and the king and his armies will come into the field and will strengthen you to bring in the harvest!” Yes, you are my heralders, you are my signs that something is about to happen! So go tell it with the voice of thanksgiving! Shout it from the mountain! The king is coming and his reward is with him and I will come and confirm this word with signs following!”

Jeremiah 30:19-20 (NKJV)

“Then out of them shall proceed thanksgiving

And the voice of those who make merry;

I will multiply them, and they shall not diminish;

I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.

Their children also shall be as before,

And their congregation shall be established before Me; And I will punish all who oppress them."
