there's always a next step...
Every entrepreneur has their own journey, with high highs and low lows. It's certainly not the life for everyone but for many, like me, it's the only life I can live. My co-founder (wife, best friend, and co-parent) Tara and I have been enjoying our lives as entrepreneurs together for over 22 years. We started our first consulting business T2 in St Louis in 2000. T2 was established to help consumer product companies do new things; new markets, new products, new channels of distribution, new supply chains, and lots of other new things. We love change, we crave it.
It's very exciting to have the opportunity to be able to spend time working with other founders and company executives on achieving their next objectives. With this in mind, Tara and I have expanded our business advisory services to make our knowledge, capabilities, and learnings transferable to more businesses.
Early signs indicate that 2023 is going to be another challenging year. Different challenges than we have seen over the pandemic, but challenging nonetheless. This is the time to grow into new channels of distribution. Time for D2C businesses to look into retail partnerships. There are always reasons to hold back and there is almost never a "perfect time" but with the right plan, the right partners' dynamic markets represent an amazing time to expand in new ways.
What are your plans to make 2023 amazing? Do you have the right resources around you to get to your BHAG (big harry audacious goal) this year? Let me know how I can help.
