What a fantastic way to wrap up our journey in Munich! Our last day was filled with exciting experiences, from learning about groundbreaking technologies to hearing directly from VCs about how they support startups in growing and scaling across Europe💡🚀

We kicked off the day at Personio , where we were warmly welcomed by Franziska Hahn . After an inspiring presentation about their impressive growth in the HR tech space and how they’re transforming HR processes for small and mid-sized businesses, we enjoyed a tour of their vibrant office environment 🏢. A huge thanks to Anna Sophia Ismair for organizing this insightful visit! 👏✨

Meanwhile, another group headed over to Earlybird Venture Capital . We had the pleasure of meeting Laurin Class and Helena Naefeke , who shared Earlybird’s approach to early-stage investments 💼 and how they support founders in building transformative companies across Europe 🌍. It was a fantastic deep dive into the VC world and the critical role investors play in scaling startups 🚀

Next, we visited Celonis , where Igor Cvijanović took us through their groundbreaking process mining technology 🔍. We gained valuable insights into how Celonis is driving digital transformation 🖥️ by helping businesses optimize their operations in real-time ⏱️

At SevenVentures , the investment arm of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE , Michael Jesswein and Nils Klamt introduced us to their innovative media-for-equity model 💡. They shared how they help consumer brands scale through strategic media exposure 📺, offering us a fresh perspective on scaling in today’s competitive market 📊

We wrapped up our visits at Luminovo , a startup working to revolutionize the electronics industry ⚙️. Special thanks to Hannah Maria Reif for sharing Luminovo’s vision for smarter, more sustainable electronics design processes 🌱 It was exciting to also hear about different entry-level roles at Luminovo and the unique perks of working in a startup! 💼

The day concluded with a wonderful dinner at the Paulaner Bräuhaus 🍽️🍻, where we reflected on all the incredible insights and experiences we gathered during our time in Munich.
