Today is my Hotmart anniversary. Exactly 3 years ago, on April 8, 2019, I joined myself to this rocket with the challenge of implementing an area that did not exist and creating a high performance team, in order to efficiently manage a global operation, and delight our troopers and customers with a corporate hospitality that should reflects Hotmart's culture and identity, and at the same time supports the rapid growth of our business.
Since then, I have had the privilege of managing, together with my dream team, more than 6 expansion projects with the implementation and management of an operation with more than 20,000 m², in 8 offices, providing a unique work experience for more than 2,000 troopers around the world.
As I look back over these 36 months as a trooper, my heart overflows with gratitude for each one of those 1,095 days. None of them were the same, and in each of them, I had the opportunity to embrace complex challenges, acquire valuable lessons, live unforgettable experiences and celebrate great achievements.
Thank you Hotmart for encouraging me every day to go beyond my limits and to live my passions!
