THIRDHOME Announces Addition to Board of Directors and newly formed Advisory Board
We are delighted to introduce Bonneau Ansley as the latest addition to our Board of Directors, joining Steve Kircher. As active members, Steve and Bonneau bring valuable insights to further enhance the direction and vision of our organization.
We are also announcing a newly formed Advisory Board comprised of industry leaders, innovators, and experts. This group brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that aligns seamlessly with THIRDHOME's mission to redefine luxury travel.

Board of Directors
Bonneau, a successful entrepreneur based in Atlanta, bestselling author, and among the top real estate agents in the U.S., has a career spanning over 20 years, during which he has developed and sold properties across Georgia and South Carolina. In December 2015, he founded his brokerage, now named Ansley Real Estate Christie’s International Real Estate. Bonneau has been a founding investor and member of THIRDHOME since 2009, with 7 trips under his belt.
Steve Kircher
With a wealth of international expertise in operational management and mergers and acquisitions across both public and private sectors, Steve possesses profound insights into capital and private markets. He’s overseen operations in the US, China and Europe. Currently, Steve holds the position of Chairman and CEO of Kircher Holdings, LLC. Steve has been a member and investor in THIRDHOME since 2013, has enjoyed 57 trips in the Club, and has been a member of our Board since 2019.
Advisory Board
With over 45 years of experience, Fields founded Mrs. Fields Cookies in 1977, transforming it into a $450 million company, setting a benchmark for fresh-baked cookies worldwide. Starting with a dream, a recipe, and no business background, she convinced a bank to fund an unproven concept—an endeavor most saw as improbable. Debbi is a Founding Member and investor in THIRDHOME.
Andy Sale is a proven Sales Leader with over 25 years of experience in the medical device and diagnostics industries. He has served in various roles and VP positions with several companies, including Ethicon/J&J, Intuitive Surgical, and Invuity, and is currently the Vice President of Market Development for iRhythm Technologies, a leading cardiac diagnostics data provider. Andy is a founding investor and member of THIRDHOME since 2012, with almost 30 trips under his belt.

A leading figure in short-term vacation rental growth, Pfautz has penned two Amazon bestsellers, including "Vacation Rental Secrets" and "From 0 to 500 Properties in 5 Years." In 2007 founding Vantage Resort Realty, he grew it to 500 properties in 5 years. Following a successful exit, he served as Chief Business Development Officer for major vacation rental brands. Now leading Vintory, the premier Sales and Marketing Platform for Short-Term Vacation Rental Managers, Brooke and his team have assisted over 700 companies in expanding inventory. Additionally, he launched Comparent, the world’s largest marketplace connecting vacation rental homeowners and managers. Active in the Club since 2016, Brooke has participated in 43 trips.
David Angotti is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of successful exits. By the age of 30, he had founded and successfully exited an EdTech brand. In addition to his EdTech Company, David co-founded a prominent short-term property management company in Gatlinburg, TN, and co-founded StaySense, a marketing and experimentation platform that builds technology solutions for the travel industry. After successfully growing StaySense, even through the pandemic, he sold his company to Guesty, where he currently resides as the Chief Evangelist. Since 2015, David has been an avid user of the Club, having taken a total of 29 trips.
Deborah Scott
A native of New Zealand, Deborah Scott is a co-founder of Park House, a private members social club located in Highland Park Village, Dallas, TX. Having lived internationally, particularly in London, she draws inspiration from renowned private clubs like Soho House and The Arts Club. With a rich background in hospitality marketing across Asia, brand management at Walt Disney World, and leadership at Weber Shandwick, Deborah brings a wealth of expertise to THIRDHOME. Deborah has actively participated in the Club since 2020 with 7 trips under her belt.
Scott Hetherington
Scott oversees the investment strategy for a family office, acquiring and managing residential real estate across Sydney, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, the UK, and Croatia. The office invests in shares, provides capital for real estate mortgages and business debt finance, and supports real estate and hospitality start-ups. With 40 years at Jones Lang Wootton/Jones Lang LaSalle, Scott specialized in the hotel and hospitality sector, working across the UK, Europe, and Asia. He served on JLL’s Global Hotels & Hospitality board, becoming CEO and Chairman of JLL’s Asian Hotels & Hospitality Group. Scott and his wife, Adele, based in Avalon Beach, Sydney, have been THIRDHOME investors since 2016, enjoying some 50 trips.
Tony's rich insights span fast-moving goods, emerging markets, marketing, and human resources. Most recently, he has been serving as Operating Partner at One Rock Capital Partners, LLC a private equity firm. Before this, Tony pioneered TropicSport, an eco-friendly suncare brand, shaping it from April 2019 to December 2022. His journey includes pivotal roles at Kimberly-Clark, where he led as President of Global Brands and Innovation, and earlier, key positions at Kellogg and Coca-Cola. A member of THIRDHOME since 2020, Tony has etched five extraordinary trips into his adventure.
Terry's journey from door-to-door book sales to real estate excellence is a testament to his remarkable career. Starting as the #1 salesperson among 7,200 for the Southwestern Company, he later managed over 1,000 salespeople. Becoming a top Realtor on Hilton Head Island, he then directed recruiting and sales training for the Sea Pines Company. In 1987, he founded the Marketing and Sales Institute, consulting over 2,500 Real Estate Agents and luxury communities nationwide. Terry authored the bestseller "Secrets of Selling from Real Estate Masters." A UNC Chapel Hill graduate, Terry and Tillie Weaver have been THIRDHOME members since 2011, relishing 65 memorable trips.
