Q&A: SARPcheck safety audit, global wet lease, codeshare, ACMI Booster

Question:

Why is the SARPcheck audit program governed by a not-for-profit organization?

Answer:

In order to ensure the focus on elevating safety and enabling airline's business as top program priorities at all times. The NFP involves various stakeholder groups such as airlines, regulators, SQOs (the auditing entities) and other industry stakeholders who share the interest in SARPcheck's core values and priorities.

In this series I am answering some of the many questions I am asked following the recent release of this new program, which boosts both safety levels and airline businesses by enabling wet leases, codeshares, charters and ACMI. Send me your questions or find more information on www.SARP.org!
