Time is precious; we all have the same amount of hours in a day. Here are my three top tips to help you make the most of your day…
- Set a schedule for everything… personally I love time blocking. It maps out my working day / week / month and ensures I’m running as optimally as I can.
- Set up a system for tracking your schedule… keep it simple by using a calendar or an Excel spreadsheet. Personally I use Teamwork PM as my go to project management space. It keeps me on task every single day.
- Set up a digital filing system you stick to… again keep it simple. My top tips here are to have a folder structure and stick to a naming convention for your folders and files. Do the same with your email folders.
