Wellbeing is a big topic – and the day will cover a huge variety of themes that bring about wellbeing at organisational and personal level – giving you a powerful and practical menu to draw from when planning the next stage of your wellbeing programme. We have a powerful line of speakers sharing their experience, stories and evidence based best practice solutions to wellbeing at work.
Jack Kavanagh , has used a spinal injury as an opportunity to grow, learn and reset his view on life and he will inspire you to challenge your limits. He builds awareness of the value of health & wellbeing as drivers for performance. Prepare to be inspired! John Ryan will share all about the ‘healthy place to work’ programme and what makes a workplace healthy. Calodagh McCumiskey, MB, FAIBF will give you an overview of wellbeing and points to think about when planning your strategy and programme And our various panellists will cover a broad array of themes – ranging from different aspects of diversity and inclusion including understanding its benefits for your business and unconscious bias. The importance of Inclusion in a culturally diverse workforce will also be addressed. You will also hear about the synergistic relationship between Lean and Wellbeing from Adman Steel who will discuss their journey. You will gain many insights into how to design a culture of wellbeing and how to embed wellbeing into your organisation. The many experienced panellists will share gems and learnings from their journey in the wellbeing at work space. We also have a panel discussion focusing on various aspects of the employee experience – including returning to the workplace after parental leave, menopause and remote working and its relationship with wellbeing and performance. There will be delicious healthy food (which we got to sample recently!) music and a range of stands sharing everything you need to plan, develop and grow your wellbeing programme. This is an event not to be missed. The whole day is packed with informative and insightful sessions and discussions to empower you to boost wellbeing in your organization.
This event is geared for senior leaders and decision-makers who know that taking care of employees isn’t just a nice thing to do—but that it’s a smart business move in this day and age.
