Collect your influencer content, get their permission to use it, and move on to step one.
1. Get your influencer to enable ad authorization.
This is the first step in turning content into a money printer. And it’s super simple.
Here’s a quick visual.
2. Get the video authorized for promotional use.
This allows you to reuse an existing video your influencer made as an ad.

3. Generate a video code
TikTok’s biggest focus is making sure videos by their talented creators aren’t stolen by brands, so there are multiple levels of security here.
Your influencer needs to send a code for the video that you’ll take and implement into the ad platform.

4. Copy and paste the code into TikTok’s ads manager.
The hard part’s over. The influencer’s job is done, now it’s all you.
Go to the “Creative” tab.
Open the “Spark Ads” list, click the “Apply for Authorization” button
Paste video code in the “Search Bar” then click “Search”
Review post & click “Confirm”. It’ll look like this.
5. Create & publish your first spark ad with your influencer.
Once your campaign’s created, you need to set up the “ad group”.
Select the “Spark Ads” format.
You don’t need to upload creatives from your device, because you already followed Step 3.
Select the video you uploaded the code for earlier & hit submit.
This step’s optional, but it’s my favorite.
6. Enjoy the dopamine rush from refreshing your Shopify Dashboard.
Every time we’ve run influencer content as Spark Ads, we see a massive performance increase immediately.
