Time for a Health Reset?
Is it time for a reset with your health?
The way the majority of us live can be full-on:
> Business or Career
> Husband, Wife or partner
> Kids
> Extended family
> Friends
> Social Commitments
> Endless emails, messages, notifications to attend to
So many demands competing for our time, attention and energy
Add into the mix the lure of speed and convenience with food, the lure of alcohol or whatever takes your fancy to help us “switch off” and it’s easy for our health to slip, for exercise to get squeezed out and our sleep to suffer
It’s easy - and very common - to get stuck in a bit of a rut, feel trapped and like there’s no way out without dropping the ball…you know, when you begin to wonder if selling a child would be OK given the circumstances!
Many people “live” this way for years and years, dealing with the day-to-day ramifications of poor energy, an expanding waistline and getting out of breath when faced with a couple of flights of stairs.
But also knowing that one day a more major consequence is almost certain to strike; could happen any day or it could be decades away…
People also know that “watching what they eat for a bit” isn’t going to cut it this time - something more fundamental has to change.
If that sounds familiar then perhaps it’s time for a proper reset with your health?
One of the best ways to do this is to change your environment for a few days: Step away from the day-to-day.

We’re exploring a new way of doing this for 2025 and designing a health-related retreat.
You can have some input into the process by completing this research questionnaire
and be the first to know when we decide to go ahead.
Let’s make 2025 the Great Health Reset!
Thanks,

SMALL CHANGE: BIG IMPACT
When frozen is better than fresh. Ideal world: we have a local supply of organic, seasonal, fresh vegetables that we take the time to lovingly prepare with every meal… reality for most of us is that we need a back up and a quicker option. Good news is frozen vegetables (and fruits) are often more nutritious than “fresh”. Stock up your freezer with frozen green veg.
