Tips on landing a job during the coronavirus pandemic

During this pandemic there's still hope. there are some companies letting people go and other companies are expanding and hiring new people. The thing is you need to know where to look and how to appear for the headhunter/recruiter. First, start by assessing your skills and what you can bring on the table as employee to the employer whose massively hiring nowadays. to make your resume stand out consider some aspects; you really have time so you need to customize your resume for each employer out there. you need to make sure that you scanned the Job announcement and choose the words that would fit the employer whose currently hiring. identify key words and phrases you can put in your resume. Also, please do not just write job description on your current or previous job. show achievements/success stories/new ideas that really impacts the company and the people/show numbers. use hard data and metrics to present your profile. research the company as much as you can. check the current employees from LinkedIn or any social media platform in order to be able to see the culture and how you will fit in or how you will be able to revamp this as well .. etc
