Tips And Strategies To Crack GMAT Exam

Tips And Strategies To Crack GMAT Exam -Common pitfall many GMAT aspirants in India - relying solely on retired OG questions during their practice. This approach creates a false security that this exam can be nailed whereas real GMAT puts a way more complex and challenging questions. Hence, incorporate a variety of question types and difficulty levels into your practice routine and choose your trainer wisely.

Another critical aspect - Time management, often underestimated by Indian aspirants during practice sessions. Not timing yourself can lead to an inaccurate perception of your preparation. GMAT checks your ability to crack the code within specified time limit and remember your clock ticks faster on the date of the exam, and not being able to complete all questions can adversely affect your score. Therefore, always time yourself during practice to simulate exam conditions and solve multiple - Sectional tests, topic wise tests and full length tests before hitting the Actual test.

Set a High TARGET SCORE - more than the average GMAT score of your dream business school (WE prescribe of nothing less than the 99 percentile). A higher score not only increases your chances of admission but also paves the way for scholarships. Many Indian students aim for scores close to the school's average, which can be a risky strategy.

GMAT is all about RC and CR - Do not underestimate the importance of the Reading Comprehension and Critical Reasoning section of the GMAT. Your proficiency in reading comprehension can be a decisive factor in achieving a top score. This section not only tests your ability to understand complex passages but also your critical thinking skills. If your score tanks it is most likely that you messed the RC and the CR section. To improve in this area, practice reading materials that are from Real GMAT. The skill to be developed is NOT JUST reading but in analyzing, summarizing and connecting the DOTS.

Consistency is the bedrock of success on the GMAT. Engage in rigorous practice for a minimum of three hours daily, and you'll soon find the examination becoming much more manageable. Consistent practice helps you build stamina and adapt to the test's demands. Cracking the GMAT is a significant challenge, but with the right strategies and dedication anyone CAN join for the 99-percentile club.
