Today's One Word: TRUTH
We all like to believe we’re truthful and live with integrity. But how often do we lie—especially to ourselves?
Think about it: every time we make a promise to ourselves and fail to follow through, we’re not living in truth. For instance, you might say, "I’ll lose 20 pounds in 90 days," and start eating clean and exercising, only to abandon the plan when life gets in the way. That’s not keeping your word.
Truth is more than words—it’s alignment. It’s doing what you say you will do, even when it’s inconvenient or uncomfortable. It’s ensuring your actions reflect your promises. Truth is being who you say you are.
Here’s the danger: when we don’t honor our truth, we train our subconscious mind to believe that what we say isn’t real. So, when we speak affirmations or set intentions, our subconscious rejects them because it’s already programmed to distrust us.
This disconnect creates challenges because all transformation—whether it’s growth, healing, or awakening—happens at the subconscious level. Each untruth we tell ourselves compounds over time, whether we notice it or not.
It’s time to shift. Living in truth isn’t just about honesty—it’s about alignment, trust, and wholeness. When you embody truth, your life begins to change in profound and lasting ways.
Choose to live truth. Choose to be true. That’s when transformation truly begins.
