State entities and organs are expected to adapt to this regulation within a specified timeframe to incorporate crypto assets into their operational framework, as mandated by the Constituent Decree.

Administrative Provision No. 012-2019, issued by the National Superintendence of Crypto Assets and Related Activities (SUNACRIP), regulates the operation of Exchange Houses in the Comprehensive System of Crypto Assets.
