Too damn expensive.

Over the years, I have spoken to hundreds of Dads on the telephone, via email and various social media channels.
My products have evolved and changed somewhat over the past few months but ultimately deliver results.
Apart from time and energy, cost is one of the main things that keeps cropping up as a barrier for Dads who want to improve their body (and some, their health).
𝙄 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙞𝙩.
Making changes to your body comes at a price financially more often than not.
Especially if you want support, structure and guidance.
But figuring out how expensive it is to get into better shape and ultimately, better health requires a little bit of perspective.
I worked with a guy late last year who for years refused to join one of my programs (too damn expensive).
After about six months of following my stuff, and seeing the results some Dads were getting, he was ‘almost’ ready to invest in himself and me as his coach.
He had told me that it was getting ‘too damn expensive’ not seeing any progress with his health and body.
His lack of progress over the years resulted in
• 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐨𝐰
• 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐱 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞
• 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬
• 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲
• 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐱𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲, 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐥
Plus he told me he was spending between £600-£800 a month on cigs, booze, meals out and coffee.
All of which were providing zero return on investment.
Apart from a few good laughs and dark hangovers..
He realised that he was not heading in the right direction!
This guy realised after a while that there’s nothing more expensive than having to ‘put up’ with poor health…
And there’s nothing more costly than being stuck in a body that you despise and that you aren’t happy with.
Too damn expensive.
Sometimes it needs looking at from different perspective.
