Concussions and other related head injuries are more common then people think. They are under-diagnosed and can lead to life altering effects. I'm proud to have been sharing my lived experience with the Neurotrauma Care Pathways through UHN and the Toronto ABI Network. We've been able to create a very easy to use and comprehensive tool for those in Toronto (for now) called the Toronto Concussion Navigator.
